Warranties

 General Terms:

• Warranty commences from date of sale from website.
• Proof of purchase is required for warranty activation.
• All equipment is warranted for domestic use only (unless other wise specified).
• Warranties as per the terms and conditions of the manufacture.
• For all claims outside of a 70km radius from Capital cities a labour charge may be incurred.
• Warranties are non transferable to another user/owner of the item
• Repair, replacement and adjustments is not available for defects, faults or failures due to:

• Ordinary wear and tear; users negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire or malicious damage by third person; alterations or modifications by a non authorized service technician.
• Failure to service the equipment in accordance of the user manual specifications and recommendations.
• Rusting of equipment.

 

Chargeable Items:

Labour cost outside of warranty period is $75 call out and $55 per hour.

• Parts outside of warranty period or conditions will be charged accordingly and will include a freight cost.

  

Returns

The unauthorized return of parts and products shall be at the expense of the customer.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item simply contact us via email info@melbournefitnessequipment.com.au. We will do our best to fix this up for you.

We do not refund for change of mind purchase, however we may supply you with a credit amount for that purchase as long as proof of purchase is supplied and within 14days of purchase. We will issue you with return instructions and cost of return is at the customer’s expense. 

We can only offer refunds or item exchanges on unopened items if they meet the above terms.
